Front Office Staff

Rusty is entering his 15th season in Minor League Baseball. He was an intern for the Travelers from 2006-2009. In 2010, he was an intern for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. He returned to the Travelers as an intern in the summer of 2011 and was hired shortly after as the Director of Merchandise/Account Executive and later, Assistant General Manager. Rusty is now the CEO and Executive Vice President of the Travelers.

Rusty graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2011 with a degree in Communications. Rusty lives in Little Rock with his wife, Jessica, and daughters Abigail, Maggie Ruth, and Olive. They also have a chocolate lab, Otey, named after everyone’s favorite Travelers mascot. He and his family are involved with and attend Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock. Rusty enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, golfing and, of course, being an avid Razorbacks and Philadelphia Eagles fan.

Brad was hired in 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Arkansas Travelers. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2011 with a degree in Accountancy. In July of 2011, Brad took his first job as a Medicare Specialist with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue shield. In July of 2012, Brad left Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield to become a Tax Accountant for Dillard's. During his time at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Dillard's, Brad attended the MBA program at UALR where he graduated with his Masters in Business Administration.

In 2017 Brad was issued his CPA license from the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy which he maintains to this day. Brad was born and raised in Star City, Arkansas. Outside the office he loves spending time with his wife Katie and playing with their little girl Valie. When he isn’t enjoying family time and cheering on the Razorbacks, you can find him deer hunting in the woods or duck hunting in the fields.

Sophie joined the Arkansas Travelers in 2017 as a Corporate Event Planner. After serving as an AGM, Sophie was named General Manager following the 2021 season. Sophie graduated from Webster University in St. Louis, earning a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Media Communications. During her time in St. Louis, Sophie interned with Fox Sports Midwest, St. Louis Blues and the River City Rascals.

Sophie was born and raised in a small town in central Illinois called Cerro Gordo. Sophie spends her free time cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. Sophie enjoys spending her off days with her husband Brendan and their dog Hank.

John joined the Travelers in 2016 as a Stadium Operations Intern. He was then hired full-time as the Director of Stadium Operations, served as a Corporate Event Planner, and was later made Director of Tickets. John was elevated to Assistant General Manager following the 2021 season.

John graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Sports Management. While in college, he had internships with the United States Golf Association and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With the USGA, he was a Merchandise Intern for the 2015 U.S. Open at Chambers Bay. John also spent two summers with the Bucs as a Team Operations Intern during their training camp months.

John was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. He enjoys both playing and watching sports. John loves watching all Minnesota and Mizzou sport teams. Outside of work, he can be found playing basketball and golf.

Greg is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance at Dickey-Stephens Park including the playing surface. As one of the longest serving employees in Travelers history, Greg was the Superintendent at Ray Winder Field for over 30 years and was instrumental in the supervision of the construction of Dickey-Stephens Park. If something breaks or isn't working at the ballpark, Greg is always the first person called to help.

Greg is a native of North Little Rock and graduated from old Main High School in 1982. He lives in North Little Rock and enjoys traveling the state in his RV with his son Cody, daughter-in-law Elaine and Dizzy.

Reggie has been with the Travelers since 1983 and is best known as the Travelers cleaning specialist! Not only does "Reasonable Reggie" detail the stadium, but he lays claim to the best car detail service in all of Central Arkansas, providing Traveler fans a unique opportunity to have their car detailed while they are watching the game!

Reggie's favorite words are "Gimme your keys!"

Hunter joined the Travelers in 2014, obtaining the title of Director of Food and Beverage in 2022 after serving as Assistant Director for 4 years. He was elevated to Director of Stadium Operations following the 2023 season. Fun fact - Hunter has worked in every single concession stand at Dickey-Stephens Park!

Hunter is a native of Arkansas, born in Forrest City. He graduated from Beebe High School and currently lives in Jacksonville, Arkansas, with his wife, Halie, and son, Thomas. Outside of work you can find Hunter fishing, hunting and playing with his dog, Maverick. Hunter is also an Arkansas State Red Wolves and St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Dizzy was handpicked to be the "Ballpark Pup" by Marissa, from Heart of Gold Retrievers. This English Cream Golden Retriever belongs to Dickey-Stephens Park Superintendent, Greg Johnston. His favorite treat is anything from Chick-Fil-A. His daily food is The Honest Kitchen and he has an infatuation for baseballs. You will find Dizzy at any Travelers game cruising around the ballpark with a baseball in his mouth, hoping to play fetch with any fan that’s willing. Dizzy has many nick-names including "Bugs,” "Bug-Bug,” "Bugs Little,” "Bugster" and "Bugster Little.”

Patti Clark is a Texan by birth, but an Arkansan by the grace of God! She is a Sylvan Hills alum, mother to one son, and grandmother to two beautiful young boys. As a lifelong Travelers fan, she remembers the crazy antics of Ray Winder Field, including the San Diego Chicken, the infamous Morganna, and serving time as part of the third base bleacher crew.

Patti Clark joined the Arkansas Travelers in 2013 as the Director of Finance after serving over 30 years in the legal field, 20 of which were at the same firm. Patti is responsible for many financial aspects of the baseball club. Patti's daily duties include payroll, cash operations, and accounts receivable, as well as many other financial transactions.

Montag was hired in 2019 as a Corporate Event Planner. He was named Director of Groups Sales following the 2021 season. Before coming to the Travelers, he interned with the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod Baseball League as an MLB Scout Liaison. Montag graduated in 2018 from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sports Management. While in college, he worked in the athletic department for a variety of teams. He also served as a Resident Adviser mentoring students on campus.

Before heading to the Midwest to attend college, Montag was born and raised in Northern California. Now, after creating a life for himself in Arkansas, he plays pick-up basketball and travel softball on the weekends, spends a bunch of time in the kitchen and travels at every chance he can.

Tate joined the Travelers as a Corporate Event Planner in January 2024. In past seasons, he worked for the Travs in several capacities including in the team store and Dickey-Stephens Park box office. Tate graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2022 with a degree in Biology. During his time at Ole Miss, he was active in Greek life serving as the Vice President of Chi Psi - Alpha Gamma Chapter. After graduation Tate interned with the Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program.

Tate is native Arkansan, growing up and residing in North Little Rock. During his free time he is an avid outdoorsman, diehard Pittsburgh sports fan, and loves spontaneous traveling.

Jacob joined the Travs in December of 2021 as the Box Office Intern for the 2022 Season. Following the 2022 season, Jacob was hired full-time as a Corporate Event Planner. Jacob graduated from Arkansas State University in 2021 with a degree in Sports Management. He also served as President of Tau-Zeta Chapter of Kappa Sigma and interned with the Arkansas State University Athletics Marketing Department.

Jacob is a Little Rock native who enjoys being with his family, his dog Brady, watching sports and anything Marvel or Star Wars related.

Megan is a Texan through and through and loves all things Houston. She joined the Travs in 2022 as Suites Director and Ticket Manager. She was elevated to Director following the 2023 season. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Megan received her Masters in Sports Management from the University of Texas, both played and coached college softball, and lived in 6 different states. She also spent 4 years in Europe.

When she’s not running around Dickey-Stephens Park, you can catch her hanging out with her 3 kids, on a road trip, or at happy hour.

Kaitlyn joined the Arkansas Travelers in December of 2022 as the Ticket Intern for the 2023 season. Following the 2023 season, Kaitlyn was hired full-time as the Box Office Manager.

Kaitlyn graduated from Ouachita Baptist University earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, Management, and Sports Management. During her time at Ouachita, Kaitlyn served as an Equipment Manager for the OBU football team. After college, Kaitlyn had internships with the Arkansas State Golf Association as well as the American Junior Golf Association that took her all over the country. Upon her return home, she decided it was time to switch sports and join the world of minor league baseball.

Kaitlyn is originally from Pine Bluff, but now resides in Little Rock. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Kaitlyn is a die-hard Razorback fan, as well as any team her younger brother plays for. She loves taking pictures, golf cart rides, lake days, and a good bonfire. #LLT

The 2023 season will mark Steven's 19th year in baseball and 16th in the minor leagues. Steven joined the Travelers prior to the 2017 season and has called Dickey-Stephens Park home ever since. He spent six years with the Travs' in-state rivals, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, including winning a Texas League Championship in 2010. That was preceded by three years with the Idaho Falls Chukars. In between stints in professional baseball, he spent three years calling baseball for the University of Kansas on both TV and radio.

Outside of the Travelers season, Steven does play-by-play for football, basketball, early season college baseball, and any other sport that might appear on a television or internet stream. Highlights of his broadcasting career include calling games on a substitute basis for several organizations including the Kansas City Royals, Arkansas Razorbacks, and Oklahoma State Cowboys basketball. From 2008-2017, Steven was the radio voice of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Kangaroo basketball team, has called the NAIA Division 2 basketball championship on TV multiple times, and called numerous other sporting events at the high school, small college, and major college levels. A native of Lawrence, Kansas, Steven graduated from the University of Kansas where he was a student-manager for the Jayhawks basketball team. He and his wife, Katie, have four kids; Landon, Will, Millie and Hattie.

Steven is at Dickey-Stephens Park when the Travelers are home and on the road with the team for every game. Tune in and join Steven for every game on 106.7 Buz2 or listen online!

Bradley joined the Travs in the middle of the 2021 season as Creative Services Manager. He was elevated to Director of Marketing & Promotions following the 2023 season. Before moving to the Natural State, he spent two seasons helping launch Memphis 901 FC (USL Championship), enjoyed five icy years with the Mississippi RiverKings (SPHL), and worked two seasons with his hometown Jackson Generals (the Mariners' Double-A affiliate at the time).

Bradley graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in 2012 with a degree in Media Arts and served as lead sports announcer for the campus radio station. He grew up in Milan, Tennessee, just 30 minutes north of the stadium formerly known as Pringles Park.

Bradley resides in Sherwood with his wife, Heather, and their two boys, Callen and Everett. He and his family enjoy traveling, watching movies, and going to sporting events. Bradley roots for the Chicago Cubs, Nashville Predators, Memphis Grizzlies, and Seattle Sounders FC.

Audrey joined the Travelers in October 2023 as the Creative Services Manager. Prior to moving to Arkansas, she spent two years as the Manager of Creative Services and Social Media with the Peoria Chiefs (High-A, St. Louis Cardinals).

Audrey was born and raised in Georgia, and graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2021 with a degree in Graphic Design. While in college, Audrey started her career in sports, working as a Social Media Coordinator for UNG Athletics as well as interning with ITG Next. Audrey was also involved with the Gamma Omega chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon, serving as Banner Chair and Social Media Chair during her time with the sorority.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys hiking, baking, and cheering on her favorite teams: the Atlanta Braves, the Buffalo Bills, and the Buffalo Sabres.

Lance joined the Arkansas Travelers in 2006, just in time for the last season at historic Ray Winder Field. After several years as the on-field emcee, Director of Marketing and Media Relations, and Assistant General Manager, Lance was named Executive Director of the newly formed Arkansas Travelers Youth Foundation, a public non-profit benefiting youth sports in Arkansas. He also serves as On-field Emcee and Director of Charities and Community Support. On game days you will see Lance on the mic as he emcees between innings. He’s always throwing, spinning, running, and acting crazy as contestants compete to win great prizes on-field.

Lance has degrees in Marketing and Broadcast Technologies from the University of Houston where he spent the first part of his life before moving to Arkansas in 2005 to be close to family and friends in Benton, Bryant and Hot Springs. He lives in Bryant with his wife Jennifer, and his daughters Mallory and Molly. Lance has been active on the Broadcast Team at Fellowship Bible Church in West Little Rock since 2010, and his family attends First Southern Baptist Church in Bryant. Outside of the Travelers, Lance serves on the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical College Foundation Board.
